Veteran’s Critical Issues Report Available Online

The Independent Budget (IB) critical issues report for the upcoming Fiscal Year 2014 can now be obtained online.  The report is intended to alert Congress, the Administration and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) on veterans’ concerns that need legislative and regulatory action.  This is the 28th IB and will be released in February, when the Administration releases its proposed FY 2014 VA budget. FRA supports the IB, which is a comprehensive recommendation of what VA needs to provide healthcare, benefits and services to America's veterans.
