Ensure Early Retirement Benefits for Involuntarily Separated Personnel

Many military members are being involuntarily separated from service without access to Temporary Early Retirement Authority (TERA) benefits.  FRA believes this constitutes a breach of contract for some and is working to ensure those being involuntarily separated are treated fairly.
