SCRA Enforcement

FRA supports efforts by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Office of Military Affairs and other agencies to protect servicemembers and their families against predatory lenders and others who seek to take financial advantage of them. The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act is the cornerstone of those protections and the Association endorses all initiatives to ensure SCRA provisions are enforced.
