We make sure members of Congress understand the unique challenges of military service and give voice to our members’ concerns about military pay, health care, survivor benefits, education, housing, child care, and other quality-of-life programs.

FRA also helps shipmates solve individual career and entitlement problems, working with TRICARE, DFAS (Defense Finance and Accounting Service), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and other government agencies to cut through red tape and find solutions.

• FRA’s Legislative Agenda is an overview of the Association’s goals, and summarizes the type of legislative initiatives FRA will support during the calendar year.
