Full Reunion Policy

FRA receives a large number of requests to publish reunion notices. The following policy has been established to ensure that FRA members’ reunions receive priority in the listing and that the reunion posting area is not used for commercial purposes.

FRA members in good standing are eligible for one free standard reunion listing in FRA Today per calendar year. Reunion submissions must be received at FRA’s National Headquarters at least six months prior to the date of the reunion. Those received less than six months in advance may not be published.

Reunion submissions can be made online(at www.fra.org in the “My FRA” section) or by mail to: FRA Reunions, 125 N West St, Alexandria VA, 22314.

Submissions should include the following:

Name of ship or unit,
Date and location (city/state) of the reunion,
Contact information of one reunion organizer, including name, mailing and email addresses, and phone number, and
Other information about the event, i.e., organizational/reunion website.

FRA members who wish to have additional listings of the same reunion or want to multiple reunions in the same calendar year must submit payment with the request. The cost for each additional submission is $35. Payment must accompany the notice request and must be received at least 45 days prior to the month the reunion will appear in FRA Today and online. Make check or money order payable to the Fleet Reserve Association and mail to FRA Reunions, 125 N. West Street, Alexandria VA 22314.

Nonmembers may submit reunion listings for publication in FRA Today and online at least six months prior to the reunion date. Payment for a one-time listing is $35. Payment must accompany the reunion notice and must be received at least 45 days prior to the month the reunion will appear in FRA Today. Make check or money order payable to the Fleet Reserve Association.
