Today is POW/MIA Day, a day set aside to remember American Prisoners
of War and those still Missing in Action. Since 1986, the third
Friday of September has been designated to honor POWs and pray for their
safe return and renew our nation’s commitment to provide a full
accounting of U.S. personnel who are still missing.
