Oppose Excessive TRICARE Enrollment Fee Increases

A fully funded health care benefit is critical to readiness and retention of qualified uniformed services personnel. FRA believes the Defense Department must sufficiently investigate and implement other options to make TRICARE more cost-efficient as alternatives to shifting costs to TRICARE beneficiaries.
