To reset your security information:
1. Enter the email address FRA has on file for you then click submit
(if we do not have an e-mail address, you will need to call 1-800-FRA-1924
between 8:00am - 5:30pm M-F to have your password reset for you.)
2. In the returned email message click on the "Reset my password" link
3. Enter the required information then click submit
