Active Duty Pay

FRA works to secure additional annual active duty pay increases that are at least equal to the Employment Cost Index (ECI) along with targeted increases for mid career and senior enlisted personnel to help close the pay gap between active duty and private sector pay, and work to restore the ratio of pay between junior and senior enlisted personnel which existed prior to the advent of the All Volunteer Force.
