Reunion Policy
FRA receives a large number of requests to publish reunion notices.
The following policy has been established to ensure that FRA members'
reunions receive priority in the listing and that the
reunion posting area is not used for commercial purposes.
FRA members in good standing are eligible for one free standard
reunion listing in FRA Today per calendar year. The reunion
listing will be published on a space available basis and each reunion
will be listed one time in FRAtoday and in the Reunions section of www.FRA.org online until
the date of the event. Reunion notices must be submitted at least six
months prior to the date of the reunion and can be
submitted online (Login to your member profile) or by mail attention FRA Reunions to the FRA HQ address on this webstie.
FRA members who wish to have additional listings of the same reunion
or want to publish a different reunion in the same calendar year must
submit payment with the request. The cost for each standard (three lines
or less) reunion listing is $25.00. The cost for each additional line of
copy is $5.00. Payment must accompany the notice request and must be
received at least 60 days prior to the month the reunion will appear
in FRA Today and online. Make check or money order payable to
the Fleet Reserve Association
Non-Members may submit reunion listings for publication
in FRA Today and online at least six months prior to the
reunion date. Payment for a one-time standard (three lines or less)
listing is $45.00. The cost for each additional line of copy is $5.50.
Payment must accompany the reunion notice and must be received at least
45 days prior to the month the reunion will appear in FRA Today. Make
check or money order payable to the Fleet Reserve Association.
The following policy extends to reunions submitted by both members
and non-members:
- Payment, if required, must accompany the reunion request.
- Reunions must be received at FRA's National Headquarters at least six
months prior to the date of the reunion. Any listing received less than
six months before the reunion will be included on a space available basis.
- Reunions Listings will be published between 6 and 3 months in advance of the event date. All active reunions will be posted to the Reunion listings web page.
- A standard reunion listing is three lines or less. The listing will
include a ship's name, reunion date and location, and one contact name,
address, and telephone number.
- The calendar year is defined as the 12 month period commencing on 1
January of each year.
- Please include the estimated number of attendees and a Mailing address for FRA to send a Welcome Package.
