Northeast/New England Region
If you reside in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey. This Region also includes all FRA branches overseas in the Atlantic North of the Fortieth Parallel, North.

East Coast Region
If you reside in Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, or North Carolina.

Southeast Region
If you reside in Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, or Florida. This Region also includes all FRA branches in the Atlantic, South of the Fortieth Parallel, North, and all branches in Central and South America.

HeartLand Region  (formerly North Central Region and South Central Region)
If you reside in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Texas, east of the line running north- South at the  Texas- New Mexico border.
 
Southwest Region
If you reside in El Paso, Texas (all other cities in Texas see South Central Region), New Mexico, Arizona, Southern California in zip codes 90xxx, 91xxx, 92xxx, or 93xxx and Las Vegas, Nevada (all other cities in Nevada-- see West Coast Region).

West Coast Region
If you reside in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Nevada (with the exception of Las Vegas -- see Southwest Region), and Northern California with zip codes 93xxx, 94xxx, 95xxx, or 96xxx.

Northwest Region
If you reside in Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, or Hawaii. (Includes all branches overseas in the Pacific and the Republic of the Philippines).
